你如果是英国公民（也适用于大部分英联邦王国公民，但具体情况待查，各国独立后法律变动的情况比较复杂，目前可以肯定的有加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰），那么就是high treason，严重叛国罪/大逆罪，英国最高的罪名。

最高刑终身监禁，不得保释（98年前可处以死刑，是六十年代后唯一保留死刑的罪名），当然估计是你手段恶劣并将女王打死的情况下，才能得到最高刑的待遇了。

以英国女王在英国的地位和受欢迎程度，这种死法一定会引起全英国的愤怒，视做是对国家的直接攻击，可以回忆一下戴安娜车祸后的英国，还是意外死，这次可是在位快七十年的女王，几乎和新中国的历史一般长，多数英国人根本没经历过没女王的时代，简直是有现人神的地位了，重要的还是被徒手打死这么清奇的死法。

最近判例是，八十年代一个试图夺枪行刺女王的士兵（动机很中二，是为了出名），在离夺枪成功都还很遥远的初始阶段就被拿下，被判了四年，罪名就是treason。

不过中国公民就肯定不能判high treason了，但可能会上升到外交高度。

不过很怀疑能否做到，可能先被打死的人是你……如果你趁着人头攒动女王路过街头的时候，甚至是的英国人高唱天佑女王的时候动手，不说保镖护卫，周围英国人愿意勤王的也不会少……以下是这个后果的根据：Treason Act 1351 （1351年 大逆罪法案）这个法案经过部分修正，但目前依然有效，是英国最古老却依然有效的的法条之一： 1."compassed or imagined" the death of the King, his wife or his eldest son and heir (Following the coming into force of the Succession to the Crown Act 2013 on 26 March 2015, this has effect as if the reference were to the eldest child and heir)促成或者想象国王，他的妻子或者是长子和继承人的死亡的。
